At Harrows Darts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if you are not, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized items and used flights or shafts cannot be returned for hygiene and wear reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused darts or accessories in their original retail packaging, ensuring all components like flights and tips are included.

• 3.
  Ship to Harrows

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a tracked courier service to our central distribution warehouse for processing.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the items are in mint condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
